During this engagement as the VP of Brand and User Experience I worked with Welocalize’s global operations, lead research, and discovery efforts across global offices to define and develop product strategy and promulgate a vision for product innovation. I guided the UX Team and worked with key stakeholders to ensure a good partnership between design processes/methodologies and development processes; drove user experience, designs, prototypes and specs that enabled a holistic approach to the redesign and evolution of the organization's enterprise translation management system.
